For patients with cerebral palsy or other sensory issues, we will ensure that the water spray will not overwhelm them. Parents and caregivers of Down Syndrome, autistic and other mentally challenged children feel confident that their child will have a positive dental care experience, without fear but with the oral care they need for their wellness. As well, our patients who are wheelchair-bound are accomodated if they are unable to transfer to the dental chair.
Finally, for patients with anxiety issues due to past experiences or other fears, we have the time, patience, training and tools to help ease their minds and ensure that their oral health will not suffer from neglect.

Prior to opening Village Green Family Dentistry, Gayla Levine, DDS had over a decade of experience in both private practice, and as the dental director at Tewksbury Hospital in Massachusetts, where she regularly provided highly personalized dental care to patients with special needs. Patients with unique needs can expect the same treatment at her new practice.
