OUR OFFICE POLICIES

At Village Green Family Dentistry, we do all we can to serve you with the best quality dental care available. We appreciate your understanding of our office policies, and are happy to discuss your questions or concerns about them at any time.

• Office Hours: Our offices are open Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00am until 5:00pm, and Fridays from 8:00am until 3:00pm. We are closed on Wednesdays.

• Early Morning Appointments: Early morning appointments may be made available for dental emergencies, please call our office for details and to set your appointment time.

• Appointment Times: Just as you would appreciate courtesy from the appointments before yours, we ask that you provide other patients with the courtesy of arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete any needed paperwork. This ensures that your appointment will start and end on schedule.

• Appointment Cancellations: We understand that circumstances can arise that will cause you to change your appointment time. We request a minimum of 2 working days notice for your appointment cancellation in order to better accomodate waiting patients. Missed apppointments or short notice changes may incur a cancellation fee.
